Matthew Ballinger

Having been involved in software development since 1989 Matthew is the CEO of Web Office Systems which he founded in 2002. Prior to this he worked in Central London as a freelance programmer, working on some high profile projects usually in a lead developer role.

Prior to this Matthew worked within sales as an Estate Agent and telemarketing working mainly on advertising sales for an international specialist technology for the financial industries publication.

Matthews key areas of expertise are around business process restructuring and integration into ERP systems, manufacturing process re-structuring, software development, SaaS as well as general business management and marketing. In addition to his role at Web Office Systems he is also CEO of We Are BIG Media, a specialist website design and development company based in Milton Keynes.

Victoria Beale

Managing Director
Sept 2009, Vicky changed her initial 'concept’ of ‘Make it Happen’ (a motivational seminar, with ‘real’ networking opportunities) into reality on Thursday 17th September 2009, with the help of Kriss Akabusi and 6 other speakers – all participants donated their time and 100% of all ticket sales were presented to The Akabusi Charitable Trust. So far the events have made over £10k for the charity.

In Nov 2009, RSS founder Victoria Beale set up a new business development consultancy offering companies of all sizes a tailored development programme to enable rapid growth, through her 15 years of direct 'new business' sales, marketing and event management experience.

In 2010 Vicky and her team of trained sales professionals worked with a variety of clients developing 'new business' strategies offering a fully integrated, 'end to end' sales, marketing and corporate events solutions to micro, SME, Corporate & Global organisations. Victoria and the owners of lively corporate and leisure venue Bistro Live teamed up to create Business Live in 2009. Business Live is a fun, fresh and exciting new way to network in Milton Keynes, Leicester and Nottingham. They regularly have over 60 business leaders per site attend these events every month. In March 2014 Vicky took on Business Live as sole owner, running MK. In August 2012, Vicky also launched an International Expo held at the MK Dons Stadium in Milton Keynes on Friday 8th March 2013. The first and largest of it's kind to have been hosted in the region.

Vicky has over 20 years experience within sales, marketing, events and recruitment and a number of key partners nationally to execute small and large scale projects.
